Our Shipping Commitment

1. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer a range of shipping options tailored to your needs. Please note that the delivery times provided are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch:

  • Free Shipping (Orders $69+) : Free shipping is available on orders over $69. Delivery typically arrives within 3-7 business days.

  • Standard Shipping (Orders Under $69) : Orders below $69 ship for a flat rate of $19.99, with delivery in approximately 3-7 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Need it sooner? Choose Express Shipping for $25, with estimated delivery in 2–5 business days.

  • International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer cross-border or international shipping. We currently ship within Canada onlyWe currently ship within Canada only.

2. Order Processing & Tracking

  • Processing Time: Our team works diligently to prepare your order for shipment. Standard order processing typically takes 1–2 business days. Please be aware that processing times may occasionally extend during peak holiday seasons or high-volume promotional periods.

  • Dispatch Notifications: As soon as your order has been handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive an automated email notification confirming the dispatch.

  • Real-Time Tracking: Once your package is in transit, you will be provided with a unique tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's journey in real-time through the shipping carrier’s portal.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal and intimate nature of our products, AfterTouch Toys does not accept returns or exchanges. Once shipped, these products are considered used and non-resalable and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-returnable products include:

  • Vibrators, dildos, and strokers

  • Anal toys and plugs

  • Cock rings and sleeves

  • Bondage accessories, including gags and ropes

  • Lingerie and intimate apparel

  • Lubricants, massage oils, and condoms

4. Defective Products & Warranty Claims

Please record a short unboxing video before opening or using your product. If you believe your product is defective, contact us within 30 days of purchase and provide a video clearly showing the issue. After reviewing your claim, AfterTouch Toys may issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with return instructions, if required.
Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Short video showing the defect

  • Defective product and original packaging, where applicable.

Once the defect is confirmed, AfterTouch Toys will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to product availability and applicable manufacturer warranty terms.

5. Replacement Policy

Once AfterTouch Toys has confirmed a product as defective and issued a replacement, only one replacement will be provided for the confirmed defective product. AfterTouch Toys will not provide additional replacements for the same product or subsequent claims relating to the replacement item.

6. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Customers are responsible for reviewing their shipping address, products, quantities, shipping method, and contact information before completing their purchase. If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist if your order has not yet been processed.
